Research Team Herre Wiersma Herre Wiersma completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Acadia University in Nova Scotia, and he is currently completing a Master's Degree in Mathematics at Simon Fraser University under the supervision of Jonathan Borwein. He is interested mainly in analysis and optimization, both in an abstract setting and from a computational perspective. Herre's involvement in the CoLab project will be largely in providing tools for parallel computation for mathematical software such as Maple. |
